Returns & Exchanges
Follow the steps below to request a return or exchange for an eligible order.
Raise a Request
Email support@vastrkatha.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, clear product photos, the reason for return or exchange, and an unboxing video for damage or wrong-item claims.
Approval Review
Our team reviews requests within 24–48 hours. If approved, we initiate pickup or guide you further. If rejected, the reason will be clearly explained.
Pickup & Resolution
Approved items go through pickup or self-shipping, quality check, and then exchange or refund processing based on the case.
Step 1: Raise a Request
Email us at support@vastrkatha.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damage or wrong item claims)
- Reason for return or exchange
Step 2: Approval
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we initiate pickup or guide you
- If rejected, the reason will be clearly explained
Step 3: Pickup / Self-Shipping
- Reverse pickup is available for selected pin codes
- If not available, you will need to ship the product to our address
Product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Step 4: Quality Check
Once we receive the product, it goes through a strict quality inspection.
- If it passes, the next step is initiated
- If it fails, the product will be returned back to you
Step 5: Resolution
For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped within 2–4 working days.
For returns in valid cases, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
